       The benefit of team building using our methodologies is to ignite the power of
       the right hemisphere of the brain which holds the creative, abstract, and innovative
       thought patterns that lead us to success and high performance both as individuals
       and groups.
      
       A day of team building with New Directions is designed to allow your team to
       accomplish the goals YOU set out to accomplish after we have conducted a
       needs assessment to make sure YOUR time is productive and results oriented.

       Some examples and explanations are below to give you a better understanding of
       what we do.

  • Experiential Learning
     Experiential Education is a process through which a learner constructs knowledge, skill, and value from direct experience. Experiential learning is used as much as possible in all the formats however we do conduct learning opportunities that are ALL experiential learning. To learn more about experiential learning go to:

  • Outdoor Adventure
